Reincarnation is in the Protestant Bible, in the Catholic Bible, and in most major religious texts that I have read.
An actual case of reincarnation is recorded in
the gospel of Matthew, given by JESUS Himself, and other standard
versions, including the Catholic.
Reincarnation is the
JUDGEMENT of our loving Father, who has not willed that any of
us his children, should perish.

the beautiful plan of salvation for everyone, the whole world

Certainly true, but you can bet the idea will still be strongly resisted by those whose beliefs are not open to that truth.
